Guava

Taiwan is (rightly) famous for its fruit, but guava may be one of its shining stars.  I usually see the white-flesh guava, but this time I managed to find both (muahaha).  I think I like the pink-flesh better!  It is so sweet and fragrant, tender and juicy.

 (The yellow pieces are chunks of starfruit, which I have celebrated on this blog before).
