Settling In

Here are some pictures of the new apartment, now that we've had a little bit of time to try to make it homey.  I quite like it, even though there is a lot of foot and car traffic right outside our front door and sometimes the four floor climb is exhausting and sweaty.  I still wish we weren't so firmly ensconsed in Central, but the convenience cannot be denied.  The apartment gets a lot of light, and the light colored furniture and appliances add to the overall effect.  It is very small, so the importance of light cannot be overstated.
