Café de Coral is an ubiquitous fast food chain restaurant in Hong Kong that undoubtedly uses a ton of MSG and seasoning in their food. I doubt it counts as healthy eating. But they have one item on their menu that I love and cannot get enough of. The water boiled fish.
For HK46, you get a big boil of rice and a whole pot of tender boneless fish chunks and soybeans swimming in a chili and peppercorn infused hot oil bath. I usually add on a pork bone Chinese soup for HK$5. Yep, it is pretty spicy. Yep, this why I keep coming back.
