Lychee season is here! I started seeing these fruits in the markets last week, and finally got around to buying some today. Once I peeled these huge, plump, juicy morsels, all doubt fled. Lychees are definitely in season. The fruits are filled to bursting (at the tenderest provocation). So delicious!
