A few weeks ago Michael and I went to Blck Brd to enjoy each other's company.
They have a really sweet roof top terrace that (in my opinion) is perfect for late afternoons / early evenings, before the sun goes down, the lights go up, the crowds filter in, and the music starts booming.
Before all of that fuss and bother, the bar contains a mellow, relaxed vibe with an undiluted urban backdrop.
I like the views.
It is quite perfect for sipping a rosé, swirling a Talisker, sucking down some lemon infused olives, munching on some salted nuts, and maybe, just maybe, puffing on a Cohiba Cuban cigar.
On that particular day, the outside terrace at Blck Brd was exactly what we needed.
